The IP Peer Unavailable Exception indicates that the JAIN IP Peer (a particular implementation of JAIN IP) is unavailable on the current system. This Exception is thrown when a method in the specified JAIN IP Peer class is invoked and that class is not available.

This Exception may be thrown for any one of the following reasons:

• The specified JAIN IP Peer class refers to a class that is not located within the class search path.
• The JAIN IP Peer class is located within the class search path, but the supplied Class Name is incorrect. Note that a fully-qualified Class Name must be supplied; e.g., "jain.protocol.ip.mgcp.JainMgcpStackImpl".
