Personnel changes
Patrick reported Jason Gartner has replaced Mark Thomas as IBM's
primary rep, Rui Nogueira is no longer an alternate for SAP, and Tony Baker
is no longer an alternate for Intel. As previously noted, Time Warner Cable
resigned their seat (see the notes on the special election, below.)
EC statistics
Due to lack of time the EC
stats presentation was not discussed, merely inserted into the record.
Steve Harris and Jeet Kaul discussion
The EC went into private session for a discussion with Steve Harris and Jeet
Kaul on the approach that Oracle intends to take to the JCP.
Process improvements (jcp.next proposal)
The EC continued in private session for a discussion
of proposals made by Patrick for a process improvement (jcp.next) JSR.
Special election
Due to lack of time the special election topic was not discussed. See the PMO
