EC Communications Working Group Meeting Minutes for September 19, 2017

Minutes

Heather went through the campaign suggestions and document that Heather and Theresa developed after our last meeting. Theresa reviewed an example format that EC Members could use.

Heather demonstrated location of the communications calendar Theresa set up - it needs to be populated by EC Members.

Ivar indicated interest in using materials. Mike, Ivar and Vlladimir stated they would follow up internally about using materials.

Next Steps

Theresa and Heather will develop materials to present at the September EC Meeting.

Theresa will provide the template to Heather for posting on the JCP EC private site.

Next Meeting week of October 16; Heather will start a poll to select standing time to meet.
