We've sent comments to the JSR 229 EG - those comments center on making the architecture clearer early in the spec (rather than discovering that from the details) and minor technical/clarification comments.  Nothing in those comments that we thought the EC needed to consider in its ballot vote.  We think the EG should continue in its work.

Ericsson Mobile Platforms has had e-mail exchanges with the JSR-229 spec lead regarding the technical review comments that we have sent. Most of the comments were about making the architecture clearer, bringing it in-line with the terminology used in other m-commerce standards groups like OMA M-Commerce and MeT (Mobile electronic Transactions), clarifying copy-protection and RMS implementation. One of our comments to the EG has been to make the architecture generic to address different types of payment mechanisms and not only premium SMS payment method.
