Consequently, one is forced to infer that this JSR will refer the OpenGIS (Open Geographic Information System) standards from OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium). Orange disregards any unclear or incomplete JSR proposal, specification leaders must deliver a useful message. Section 2.7 and 3.1 of JSR 293 proposal should have been correctly filled.
