Expert Group Przemyslaw Bielicki I am a Software Engineer graduated from Gdansk University of Technology in 2004, specialized in distributed information systems. From the beginning I worked with Java/Java EE and different object-to-xyz mapping/binding technologies (including early Hibernate, Xml Beans and JAXB implementations). I also worked a lot with Servlet, low- and high-level HTTP frameworks, entensively used XML (and XSD) and Fast Infoset, little less of JSON. I'm a Certified Java Developer (SCJD) and Web Component Developer (SCWCD). I worked for Lufthansa Systems, Intel Corporation in Poland and Amadeus S.A.S in France (current employer) where I am a part of Java middleware team. I understand binding needs from both user and middleware perspective. During 10 years of my professional adventure I extensively used different open-source technologies and it's high time to give something back. That's why I nominate myself to participate in "JSR 367 - Java API for JSON Binding" expert group. Oct 20, 2014 Y Y

Sep 26, 2014 Y Y
Expert Group Gregor Zurowski I work as a software architect for Sotheby's where I am responsible for the Java development in general and the integration of various back-end systems throughout the corporate IT landscape. I also work as an active committer at the Apache Software Foundation on the Apache Camel project, and as a technical development editor for Manning Publications where I currently work on the upcoming title "Streaming Data - Designing the real-time pipeline". I was seeking to create an abstraction layer on top of the currently available JSON binding frameworks in order to make our implementations independent of the specifics of these frameworks. JSON-B is exactly what I was looking for, and it would be great to see this specification implemented in future Java versions. Sep 5, 2014 Y Y

Expert Group David Hensley I have been using java since 0.9 beta. I have extensive experience working on and architecting java projects and have been using JSON in my projects for the last 10 years. Additionally, I have prior experience working on JSRs as I was on the expert group for JSR 311 (JAX-RS) and JSR 312. Expert Group karan malhi Having worked with Java for over 16 years, Karan currently oversees an Apache Tomcat based product which utilizes Jackson/JSON/REST extensively. He is an Apache committer (Apache TomEE) and also an EG member. Karan has spent a major part of his career in training developers and architects on various java technologies and tools/frameworks. As a result, Karan has seen and worked closely with a lot of developers; both in large and small organizations.
