Login Questions
›I'm trying to register on jcp.org but I keep ending up on the Oracle SSO login creation page. What's happening?
This is normal; jcp.org uses the Oracle SSO login. Create the Oracle SSO account, then after you verify it you will be returned to jcp.org for a final confirmation of the e-mail address you are using to create the JCP account.
›I don't remember my Oracle SSO credentials. Can you help?
Your SSO login uses your e-mail address to identify you. If you can't remember your password, use https://profile.oracle.com/myprofile/account/forgot-password.jspx
›I'm trying to register for jcp.org. I've entered all my information and verified my e-mail address, but now the site says "There is no account associated with this e-mail address." Why isn't it working?
That page should show the e-mail address of your Oracle SSO account. If the address shown is the correct e-mail address for your account, click the "Create JCP Account" button.
›I changed the e-mail address in my profile and now I can't log in to jcp.org! What's wrong?
Your jcp.org account is tied to your e-mail address, so you should not have changed your e-mail address without first contacting the PMO: admin@jcp.org.
›Why do I have to use SSO to access my jcp.org account?
Oracle administrates the JCP Program Management Office, and Oracle is working to provide a uniform Single Sign-On experience.
›I don't want to use Oracle's SSO to access my JCP account. What are my options?
You may continue to view drafts, read Executive Committee meeting minutes, review JSRs' project pages, and post feedback to JSRs' mailing lists, all without logging in to jcp.org. In order to join an Expert Group, submit a JSR, access a JSR's Update tab, or become a JCP Member, you will need an Oracle SSO login to access these JCP features.
